1. General
- The following contract provisions (AGB) apply to all contracts concluded with the customer (hereinafter: CUSTOMER) through the online shop of TP Group UG, Zugspitzstr. 15, 82049 Pullach, Germany (hereinafter: SELLER) under the domain www.n2tnutrition.com.
- The presentation of products in the SELLER's online shop is merely a non-binding invitation to the CUSTOMER to place an order. By placing an order, the CUSTOMER makes a binding offer to conclude a contract for the items in the shopping cart. The SELLER will immediately confirm receipt of the order by automated email. The automated order confirmation does not constitute a contractual relationship. A contract is only concluded when the SELLER accepts the CUSTOMER's offer by delivering the ordered items to the CUSTOMER. The purchase contract with TP Group UG, Zugspitzstr. 15, 82049 Pullach, Germany is only concluded with this separate acceptance declaration.
- Only private individuals are considered as CUSTOMERS.
2. Amendments
The SELLER reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
3. Order Process
- The CUSTOMER can place the desired items in the shopping cart by clicking the appropriate button and initiate the order process by clicking the shopping cart. During the order process, the CUSTOMER must provide the necessary contact information for shipping and payment. It is also possible to create a customer account and save the entered order data for future orders. The order is completed by clicking the "Buy" button.
- If an external payment provider is selected during the payment options, the CUSTOMER will be redirected to and complete the purchase on the provider's website.
- Orders that exceed quantities typically used for private consumption may be rejected or canceled. The CUSTOMER will be informed accordingly.
- The CUSTOMER can correct input errors, especially items accidentally placed in the shopping cart, by entering the desired quantity in the shopping cart and using the available buttons. During the order process, the CUSTOMER can correct input errors at various steps by navigating to the respective step using the "forward" and "back" buttons of the browser.
- By completing the order, the CUSTOMER acknowledges the AGB, the data protection regulations, and the withdrawal policy as disclosed below.
- The contract language is German.
4. Contract Text Storage
The contract text will be stored by the SELLER. The order data will be sent to the CUSTOMER separately in text form (email).
5. Right of Withdrawal
If the CUSTOMER is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity), the CUSTOMER is entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us per email: info@n2tnutrition.com by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required. You can electronically fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0846/4967/3051/files/Sample_Withdrawal_Form.docx?v=1720606872. If you use this option, we will immediately (e.g., by email) send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts (contracts concluded between a business and a consumer where they are not physically present together, such as online or mail order sales):
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery. If prepayment is agreed, delivery will be made after receipt of the invoice amount.
7. Note: Return of Products
The goods should, if possible, be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components to N2T Nutrition Logistics Center, Haffstrasse 8, 81825 Munich, Germany. The SELLER requests the use of protective outer packaging to ensure adequate protection against potential transport damage if the original packaging is no longer available. Damages and contamination to the item to be returned should be avoided. CUSTOMERS are requested to return the physical products as a prepaid package to the SELLER and to keep the delivery receipt. The CUSTOMER bears the direct costs of returning the goods. The SELLER points out that the right of withdrawal and its consequences exist independently of compliance with this notice, which only serves to facilitate the return process.
8. Prices and Shipping Costs
- The prices valid on the day of the order, as shown in the online shop, apply.
- The prices displayed in the online shop are in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax.
- For the purchase of goods that are delivered in a package or otherwise by post, the following applies: The prices displayed in the online shop do not include shipping costs for packaging and postage. Shipping costs are dynamically calculated during the order process and displayed in the shopping cart overview before the order.
- Products are currently only being shipped within the EU.
9. Payment Terms
- The SELLER accepts only the payment methods offered in the online shop during the order process. These are:
- PayPal
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- The CUSTOMER selects their preferred payment method from the available payment methods.
- PayPal: If the CUSTOMER chooses PayPal, they must either already have a PayPal account or create one and log in with their credentials to confirm the payment.
- Credit Card: The SELLER accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The CUSTOMER's credit card will be charged upon completion of the order.
- Apple Pay: The CUSTOMER can use Apple Pay for a secure and convenient payment method.
- Google Pay: The CUSTOMER can use Google Pay for a secure and convenient payment method.
For all payment methods involving external payment providers (e.g., PayPal), the CUSTOMER will be redirected to the provider's website to complete the payment. After the payment is confirmed, the CUSTOMER will be redirected back to the SELLER's online shop to finalize the order.
Please note:
- Orders that exceed typical private consumption quantities may be rejected or canceled. The CUSTOMER will be notified accordingly.
- In case of prepayment, the goods will be delivered only after the full invoice amount is received.
10. Promotional Vouchers and Their Redemption
- Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased but are issued by the SELLER as part of promotional campaigns with a specific validity period.
- Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed within the specified period and only once per order process. Certain brands may be excluded from the voucher promotion. Promotional vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. Please note that promotional vouchers may be subject to a minimum purchase value.
- The value of the goods must at least equal the value of the promotional voucher. Any difference to a higher value can be compensated with the available payment options. The value of a promotional voucher will neither be paid out in cash nor accrue interest. The promotional voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part.
- Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the completion of the order process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The promotional voucher cannot be transferred to third parties. Multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of the promotion.
- If the total value of the order falls below the respective minimum purchase value of the used promotional voucher due to a later return of ordered goods, the SELLER reserves the right to charge the original price of the ordered goods and subsequently invoice the CUSTOMER.
11. Gift Promotions
The promotional gifts are delivered according to the regulations of the promotion. The CUSTOMER can only take advantage of one promotion per order, and the promotions cannot be combined. The SELLER reserves the right to cancel the entire order if it detects any irregularities in the use of promotional gifts or fraud.
12. Delivery and Shipping Conditions – Information on Calculating Delivery Date
Delivery is only within the EU. The delivery times specified in the online shop apply. For goods that can be delivered in packages, the following applies: The delivery time within Germany is 2 - 5 working days after receipt of payment. For deliveries outside Germany, the delivery time is up to 5 working days after receipt of payment. The specified delivery times are non-binding if they are merely an indication. If an item is not available, the SELLER will inform the CUSTOMER immediately and refund the purchase price already paid. For deliveries in several packages, the SELLER reserves the right to charge shipping costs per package.
13. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that the CUSTOMER used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed with the CUSTOMER.
14. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the SELLER until full payment has been made. For companies, the following applies in addition: The SELLER retains ownership of the goods until all claims arising from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full.
15. Warranty/Liability for Defects
The statutory warranty rights apply. The statutory period of limitation for warranty claims is two years and begins with the delivery of the goods.
16. Customer Account The CUSTOMER can create a customer account in the online shop of the SELLER. The CUSTOMER is obliged to keep the access data confidential and to prevent unauthorized third-party access.
17. Data Storage and Data Protection
The SELLER collects and processes personal data from CUSTOMERS as part of order processing. 18. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform), available at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. The SELLER is neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
19. Final Provisions
The contractual language is German. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the CUSTOMER and the SELLER is the SELLER's registered office.
